EDTC 803 Data Analysis & Report Writing

This course focuses on the content and the mechanics of effective data analysis and report writing. Candidates will analyze textual and graphical data from many sources, process data in ways that readers can understand, and generate comprehensive academic and business reports

Assessment 1: Using Secondary Data

The assignment was to design a themed escape room with the use of secondary data. Carnegie's Library was the focus while developing the APA writing style.

Assessment 2: Using Primary Data

The paper was to code the interviews as qualitative data and analyzed for themes among the different responses of successful leaders.

Assessment 3: Analyzing Data for a Statistical Report

The assignment was to analyze the data and created a recommendation memorandum report focused on developing APA table style skills.

Assessment 4: Constructing Visual Aids

The paper was to create a short memorandum report with added visual to illustrate the US population enrolled in K-12 education.
